If you feel comfortable, we’ll schedule a session to assess what’s working/not working, operating inefficiencies and where money is being wasted due to disorganization. We’ll review, among other things, paper and/or digital data systems, time and task management, and space utilization.
Your situation is unique. I will provide customized solutions including systems to streamline processes. Everything will be geared toward maximizing productivity. You’ll see dramatic improvements as we work together.

The number of sessions depends on how much you want to organize, how quickly you make decisions, any interruptions, and your budget. We’ll continue for as long as you want. If you want homework between sessions, you will reach your goals quicker. For do-it-yourselfers, I can tell you what you need to do. You can have frequent sessions or spread them out. We even can work virtually by phone. There is a solution for every budget.
